Production Engineer (fresh graduate Applied Arts)

Job Description

• Assist in the planning and coordination of production processes.
• Support the engineering team in optimizing production workflows and improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure the feasibility of production designs, considering materials, cost, and time constraints.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase productivity.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and ensuring equipment functionality.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and quality assurance, to meet production goals.
• Contribute to the implementation of safety standards and best practices in the production environment.
• Document production procedures and maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements

• A recent graduate (0-1 years of experience) with a degree in Applied Arts or a related field.
• Strong interest in production and manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of production tools, machinery, and industry practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
