Inside Sales Specialist (maternity leave replacement) - India

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will be expected to take on the following responsabilities as a Inside Sales Specialist: Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with internal tasks, such as generating quotes and getting special offer approvals from the Vice President of Sales
• Participate in presale activities by managing inquiries and leads for support renewals as well as generating quotes
• Assist the Inside Sales Manager in mapping key accounts across India
• Qualify leads from tradeshows, seminars, and conferences

• Have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Possess at least two years of experience in presales
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft O365
• Have experience with Salesforce CRM (an asset)
• Show exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
• Be fluent in written and spoken Tamil, Hindi, and English
• Perform tasks in a structured and organized manner while effectively managing priorities and adhering to procedures
• Exhibit sound judgment and strong sales acumen
