Electrical Supervisor - MG25/1795D24051 (5 - 7 yrs.) Job Function : Any Location : Saudi Arabia Industry : Contracting Company Qualification : Diploma Experience : 5 - 7 yrs. Job Description : An electrical supervisor manages a team of electricians, ensuring that electrical systems are installed, repaired, and maintained properly, and that all safety and compliance standards are met. Their responsibilities include:
- Planning and scheduling: Planning projects, estimating materials and costs, and creating schedules to ensure work is completed on time
- Overseeing work: Supervising electricians, providing guidance, and ensuring work is done to code
- Safety and compliance: Ensuring all safety requirements are met, and reporting any incidents or dangerous occurrences
- Training and mentoring: Training new electricians, and mentoring staff
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical assistance
- Documentation: Documenting projects, and maintaining records
- Reporting: Reporting progress to the project manager
- Maintaining equipment: Maintaining and repairing electrical equipment
