Job Summary: This position is responsible for Quality, safety, health and environmental programs and their related activities. The QHSE assistant will ensure compliance with all established QHSE programs and maintain compliance with location and Flowserve standards. Responsibilities & Requirements: Manage QHSE activities through assisting the QHSE Engineer / QA Manager Assist in coordinating training for all employees in the areas of Quality, Safety Health & Environmental matters Assist in QHSE documentation with reference to Docu Quest and documentation control procedure. Assist in site waste management, ensure waste management activities are carried accordingly to waste management procedure. Assist in plant equipment maintenance activities, ensure PM & Gauge Quest are updated on timely manner accordingly to schedule. Manage contractor activities, reporting to supervisor on the work progress, update permit to work systems and ensuring vendor adhere to QHSE compliance. Coordinate emergency evacuation procedures, training, and practice drills And any other duties assigned Preferred Experience / Skills: Experience within Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Experience with contractor management Experience with compliance audits and documentation Analytical and problem-solving skills Good oral, written and organizational skills Literacy on computer skills Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment Diploma / Degree in relevant fields Junior candidates with 1 - 3 years working experience are welcomed to apply Fresh Graduates candidates are welcomed to apply as well Req ID : R-13130 Job Family Group : Legal, Environmental and Safety Job Family : LE Health, Safety & Environmental Affairs #J-18808-Ljbffr
