Key Responsibilites (Summarized): · Executive Support: Coordinate the Managing Director’s schedule, manage confidential matters, and act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders. · Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, analyze financials, review agreements, and ensure timely submission of reports. · HR & Admin Assistance: Independently recruit for specific vacancies, handle the LMRA formalities, and provide administrative support for the recruitment process. · Team Coordinator for Meetings & Reporting: Manage meeting minutes, track deliverables across departments, and ensure timely submissions while fostering alignment. · Project Management: Drive strategic initiatives, monitor project progress, and resolve bottlenecks to align with organizational goals. · Communication & Relationship Management: Draft correspondence, build stakeholder relationships, and represent the Managing Director in meetings or events when required. · Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, optimize resources, and liaise with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Skills Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Proven background in finance, HR, or operations with executive-level collaboration.
- Attributes: Professional and discreet, proactive strategic thinker, resilient under pressure, collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, and adept at problem-solving.
