How you succeed To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver data-driven insights that optimize marketing strategies, create intuitive dashboards and visualizations, and collaborate on A/B/multivariate tests to improve website/app experiences. In close collaboration with the marketing teams and business partners, you will design and execute experiments that drive results. What you do Analyze and interpret data sets to support marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Design, execute, and analyze A/B/multivariate tests with the Marketing team to optimize website experiences and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team to ensure accurate and reliable data collection. Who you are Minimum 5+ years of related business experience. Experience working with tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics, Adobe Target/Optimizely/VWO. Proficiency with Excel, Python, and Power BI. Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the Chinese Media Ecosystem and understanding of Chinese online advertising ecosystems (Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba, etc.).
