Digital Marketing Manager

Andona Interiors is a dynamic and growing organization that is passionate about [industry or mission]. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing efforts while overseeing daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functions. Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Manage all digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
Analyze and report on key metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to ensure the brand’s digital presence remains competitive.
Hire, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Office Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient workplace.
Coordinate and manage office supplies, scheduling, and facilities management.
Ensure that office systems and processes are well-organized, and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and handle both digital marketing and office management tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
