The Opportunity: Work hours: Monday - Friday Up to SGD6000 - 9000 with AWS + PB Career progression Adecco is collaborating with a leading global luxury group known for modern fashion accessories and lifestyle brands, and a Swiss watchmaker renowned for crafting complex, iconic timepieces with exceptional innovation. The Job: Lead and manage boutique projects for openings, renovations, expansions, and closings. Liaise with landlords, architects, and contractors for maintenance and renovation of existing boutiques. Monitor competitors' retail networks and identify opportunities for new openings or relocations. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Security, IT) to align project timelines and incorporate requirements. Design and draw detailed plans, coordinating construction stages. Work with suppliers to install or modify boutique displays, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Oversee interior design maintenance, project planning, cost control, and supervision for timely, quality project delivery. Control material quality and order from headquarters as needed. Conduct boutique environment improvements. Prepare monthly reports tracking project status and boutique conditions. Ensure boutique information on the internet is accurate and updated. Coordinate with stakeholders (end users, landlords, internal teams, contractors) throughout the project. Supervise work progress from tendering to execution and assist with project documentation. The Talent: Degree in Architecture or degree in Interior Design or a related field will also be considered. Knowledge of design, architecture, or engineering specifications for retail stores is a significant advantage. At least 5 years of experience in retail store interior design project management, with experience in fashion, jewelry, FMCG, F&B brands, or similar industries preferred. Proficiency in architecture software (AutoCAD) and MS Project is required. In-house experience with retail brands is highly preferred.
