The Business Times Budding Artists Fund (BTBAF) is a charity fund that was set up to offer opportunities for underserved children and youth who display artistic potential and commitment to be formally trained in the arts. The Little Arts Academy (LAA) provides a creative learning environment and a broad-based arts curriculum where all children and youth can discover their artistic potential and develop skills and personal values that will enable them to transcend personal, social, and financial circumstances. BTBAF and LAA are managed by The RICE Company Ltd (TRCL). TRCL is a not-for-profit arts and culture charity with Institute of Public Character (IPC) Status. We are looking for an Administrative Executive to manage the administrative functions at LAA. Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the admin office; Handle fee collection and enrolment; Conduct Parent Orientation; Help with managing the cohort, e.g., ensure students go in for class; Handle all communication with parents and guardians; Maintain student data list; Prepare financial documents for submission to finance personnel; Prepare monthly forms such as teachers' attendance forms, student attendance, sign in/out forms; Manage and maintain the Front of House; Help out with events and performances; Assist in ordering of stationeries and lesson resources; Ensure safety of children within the premises; Conduct stock take and control equipment log; Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Deputy Head. Requirements: Graduates with diploma or equivalent experience. Experience in working in a school setup is an advantage. Those with no experience but willing to learn may apply. Able to work on Saturday. Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates should possess good communication and organizational skills, be meticulous, resourceful, punctual, and a good team player with the ability to work independently. This position will station at our Yishun Office and the working hours will be from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 09:30 am to 07:00 pm.
