Inside Sales Manager

This role consists of providing excellent customer service, executing all required daily operational tasks of the store ensuring 100% compliance with the company's procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the key performance indicators of the store. Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a pleasant smile.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise around the store.
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing etc).
- Provide all customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Ensure clear and valid communication of ongoing promotions.
- Ensure promotion materials in store are up to date and in spotless condition.
- Present merchandise upon request by customers.
- Stock shelves and furniture with merchandising as per merchandising rules.
- Process cash and card payments.
- Ensure complete and infallible follow-through of all customer requests.
- Attend to customer queries.
- Be responsible for achieving the sales target set by the Store Manager.
- Fully participate in all sales activities including promotions, sales events etc.
- Execute tasks as assigned during stock control activities as per company rules.
- Receive, unpack, scan and store stock as per company rules.
- Ensure cleanliness of the store.
- Ensure complaints, refunds, and exchanges are solved and follow up with the store manager.
- Immediately report discrepancies and problems to the store manager.
- Participate in the ongoing daily operational activities of the store as requested by the store.
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in the retail industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, capable of building trusting relationships with customers and fellow colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good enthusiasm and hunger towards sales.
- Must have a good disciplinary track record, utmost honesty, and trusted character.
- Available to work full-time and on public holidays.
