Technical Assistant The Technical Assistant will play a key role in supporting senior management with the smooth execution of daily operations. This includes coordinating activities, handling documentation, preparing technical and administrative reports, and assisting with the implementation of office policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to optimize overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
  • Prepare accurate technical summaries, reports, and presentations, both technical and non-technical.
  • Maintain and update task trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and review reports for precision before submission.
  • Conduct research to assist in policy development and problem-solving efforts.
  • Draft official correspondence, manage office communications, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Regularly manage and update calendars, ensuring priorities are met and sharing relevant information with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation.
  • Support the preparation of authority documentation required for approvals.
  • Assist in the development, tracking, and monitoring of the IFC target schedule and related tasks.
  • Help in preparing and submitting billing documents for completed work.
  • Assist in planning and allocating manpower for the project and monitoring progress.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items.
  • Manage the schedule and appointments for the Head of Department (HOD), ensuring efficient coordination.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are made and keeping the HOD informed of schedule changes.
  • Coordinate with the Indian office to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
