Interior Design (Head)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Design and develop creative and functional interior design concepts for various commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects. Candidate must possess the ability to conceptualize innovative ID concepts and have strong presentation skills. Present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes to aid in job procurement and discussion with clients. Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures. Attend meetings and conduct site visits to ensure quality control and smooth project progression. Work collaboratively with team members of the architectural and landscape team and clients to create and implement a project’s design. REQUIREMENT: Degree in Interior Design or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects. Proficient in software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, etc. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials. Service-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Commitment and inspiring leadership qualities with strong general and project management skills. Able to work as part of a team independently and collaboratively. Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
