Business Development and Marketing Manager Job Description: Our Client is a private-equity funded healthcare platform focused on provision of integrated orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care in Singapore. The ideal incumbent is someone who is an independent self-starter with a strong analytical mindset yet willing to do hands-on and also comfortable to work with ambiguity. Job Responsibilities Establish and drive relations, collaboration, and partnerships with all customers including clinics and doctors, and relevant partners and stakeholders Develop and execute comprehensive and optimized marketing plans for the business that encompasses B2B audience Strategize, plan and execute marketing programs to create brand awareness and generate leads for all entities Develop pipelines with insurance companies Manage and develop corporate client accounts Analyze category trends; encompassing market, product and competitors and recommend changes to sales strategies based on analysis and feedback Drive profound consumer understanding to develop concepts that can better address customers needs Guide and add value in analyzing and drawing insights from all available data and how it impacts the business moving forward Develop marketing content where the value propositions are clearly communicated - Content includes essential materials such as social media advertising and updates, brochure, sales placemat, EDM Requirements Diploma / Degree in Business or Marketing related studies At least 5 years of similar experience in Marketing or Business Development in the healthcare industry Experience in insurance partnerships is necessary Driven, motivated and outgoing with positive attitude Able to work independently and in a team We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified Lee Pei Fang Felicia Email: felicia.lee@peopleprofilers.com Tel: 6950 9721 People Profilers Pte Ltd #J-18808-Ljbffr
