As a Customer Service Specialist in our Operations Division, you will: Learn the company’s system to be able to provide services and communicate effectively with stakeholders Maintain operations standard operating procedures and templates Solve day-to-day shipment delivery issues related to various stakeholders Train carriers/drivers, customers’ operations personnel including receiver’s warehouse staff Work with carriers/truck drivers, customers’ operations personnel, and receivers’ warehouse staff We’re looking for someone who has: 5 years + of experience in logistics operations and customer service Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges Planning and documentation skills Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously Experience with MS 365 suite of products Strong English language written and verbal skills Ability to communicate in Thai language, preferred Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals Strong ownership, bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done Experience in a B2B environment with unique and varied customer needs Good organization, adaptability, flexibility, and reliability to deal with different customers’ needs and follow up in a timely manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
