We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual with a broad spectrum of skills to take on a crucial role in our customer service and client relations department.- Core Responsibilities:
- Present the features, advantages, and benefits of the lifestyle products to the members.
- Identify members for investment tours.
- Achieve a substantial tour conversion rate monthly.
- Ensure a full book of business for arrivals and scheduled tours monthly.
- Generate member referrals.
- Market and sell memberships.
- Handle all qualified member queries/complaints.
- Ensure member satisfaction and an overall positive experience during their visit to Dubai.

- Adaptable and creative with laser-focused organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Professional and friendly manner.
- Work effectively as a team player.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to design and process a wide range of documents in accordance with instructions and paying attention to details.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM Database.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
