C++ Web Application Engineer (AJAX & JS) Contract - 6 Months
Note - If shortlisted, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp and email. Please check both and respond promptly. Job Responsibilities:- Design and develop structured reasoning tasks based on programming challenges to train LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Create datasets that assess and enhance an LLM’s ability to solve complex, multi-step problems with well-articulated explanations.
- Work collaboratively with researchers and engineers to ensure task objectives align with model training goals.
- Incorporate feedback to iterate and refine task designs based on model performance.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in task descriptions, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, particularly with C++/C programming.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into systematic steps.
- Proficiency in English and strong written communication skills for creating clear and logical explanations.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail in designing programming and reasoning tasks.
- A profile on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or GitHub showcasing advanced problem-solving abilities is a plus.
