Resource Mobilization Partnerships Associate

We are looking for a talented and results-driven professional to strengthen our partnerships and secure funding to support the University of Management and Technology’s mission and programs. If you have a knack for building relationships, mobilizing resources, and crafting impactful proposals, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and other funding bodies.
2. Identify and research potential donors and funding sources aligned with UMT’s mission.
3. Initiate and foster partnerships to share expertise, resources, and expand networks.
4. Provide regular updates to donors, acknowledge contributions, and nurture long-term relationships.
5. Develop tailored funding proposals based on donors’ priorities and strategic interests.
6. Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs, defining roles, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.
7. Track fundraising goals, manage expenditures, and document donor contributions.
8. Prepare detailed reports on fundraising activities, financial performance, and project impact.
9. Plan and execute resource mobilization events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
10. Work with marketing teams to promote fundraising initiatives through various channels.
11. Support grant application processes, including writing, reviewing, and submitting proposals.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, partnership development, or a similar role.
