Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Care Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery while supporting their customers. Salary is €35k pa, plus bonuses, pension, 26 days holidays plus the option to buy more, staff discounts, on site gym and on site subsidised canteen. DUTIES OF THE ROLE : Champion Customer Excellence: Ensure every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience, consistently maintaining the highest standards. Operational Support: Provide comprehensive office support to colleagues, enabling smooth day-to-day operations. Efficient Administration: Manage all administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to resource for Customers queries, offering timely support and training on mobility services to empower Customers staff. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Exceptional Organisational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and efficiently. Outstanding Communication Abilities: Clear, professional communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Process Management Pro: Proven experience in managing and optimizing processes.
