Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Salesman to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical systems and equipment, combined with proven sales expertise. The Mechanical Salesman will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets by promoting our mechanical products and services - MOTOR WINDING / HVAC, PUMP REPAIR. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within the target market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate mechanical products and services to clients, including technical specifications and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the correct product selection and provide customers with technical support as needed.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Salesman or similar sales role, preferably in the mechanical equipment or industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, pumps, compressors, valves, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
