About the role We're looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Engineer to help us build a world-class API experience. More than anything, we are looking for engineers who want to help us solve customer problems. It’s less about the technologies you are familiar with and more about understanding our customers and shipping features that grow revenue. What you’ll be responsible for Collaborative Software Delivery: Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate components, align requirements, and deliver high-quality products or systems. Product Engineering: Design, develop, and improve software products by considering the entire system to meet user needs and align with business requirements. API Development: Build robust and secure APIs that facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems or external services. Key Skills Mid-level Full Stack Experience: Experience in both front-end and back-end development and an eagerness to grow your expertise across our tech stack. Proficiency in Type Script and Node.js, familiarity with at least one front-end framework, and a basic understanding of cloud development and AWS services. We use Angular, Vue, and React (Next.js) for our frontend. Our backend is built on Node.js, AWS (Lambda, SQS, Event Bridge, S3), and Mongo DB. Autonomous & Proactive Mindset: Able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and self-manage. You are someone we can trust to deliver projects end-to-end. Quick Learner: You have a growth mindset and can quickly learn new programming languages and frameworks. Comfortable With Uncertainty: You are someone who is comfortable figuring things out when we don’t have all the answers. Good Communication and Collaboration Skills: Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. Attention to Detail: Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. Results Orientation: Focuses on outcomes and the steps it takes to achieve them. Problem Solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
