• Conceptualize, produce, and edit video content related to cryptocurrency news, trends, interviews, and special features.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to develop video concepts that align with Cryptonewsz's content strategy.

• Oversee the entire video production process from pre-production to post-production.
• Coordinate with on-screen talent, crew, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production workflows.

• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Edit videos using industry-standard software to enhance visual appeal, sound quality, and overall production value.

• Implement SEO best practices for video content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor video analytics and performance metrics to inform future content strategies.

• Work closely with the content, marketing, and social media teams to integrate video content across various platforms and channels.
• Provide creative input and feedback to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual aesthetics.

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in video production, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency market trends, technologies, and terminology is a plus.
