We are looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure best coding practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Spring Boot microservices and scalable applications.
- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions .
- Ensure best coding practices, security, and performance optimization .
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews , and drive technical excellence.
- Work with Microsoft Azure , Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based deployments.
- 8+ years in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices .
- Expertise in Spring Cloud, Hibernate, API design, and database management .
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
