Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft CRM SSIS Support Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our CRM integration processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft CRM and a strong understanding of ETL processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain existing SSIS packages used for data integration between Microsoft CRM and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new SSIS package development and modifications.
  • Monitor ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
  • Optimize SSIS packages for performance and reliability.
  • Conduct testing and validation of data migrations and transformations.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on SSIS and CRM best practices.
  • Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar role.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SSIS.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data concepts and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
