تفاصيل الوظيفة
• إستلام فواتير الموردين بعد مراجعة موافقتهم ومطابقتها مع أوامر الشراء • إعداد طلب الدفع للموردين ومراجعة كشوف حساباتهم قبل تنفيذ الدفع • إعداد الموافقات على أرصدة الموردين شهريًا وسنويًا وفقًا للسياسة • مراجعة ومتابعة المصاريف المقدمة وتسويتها • تحويل كافة المصاريف المستحقة وتسويتها • مراجعة قيود اليومية للموردين الداخليين بعد إدخالها في النظام • استلام ومراجعة فواتير جميع رحلات العمل، وإعداد استحقاقات وتعويضات الموظفين • مراجعة وتدقيق الرواتب بالموارد البشرية بشكل شهري • تجميع الفواتير ليتم استكمالها للدفع • الحصول على المعلومات المناسبة أو البيانات المتعلقة بسداد الفواتير • الاحتفاظ بنسخ من الإيصالات أو الفواتير أو المراسلات اللازمة للملفات وأرشفتها • إتباع جميع السياسات والعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة والتعليمات ذات الصلة وضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة خاضعة للرقابة ومتسقة • المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للنظم والعمليات والممارسات، مع مراعاة الممارسات الرائدة، وتحسين العمليات التجارية، وخفض التكاليف وتحسين الإنتاجية
- • تشجيع الآخرين لتنفيذ السياسات والعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل ذات الصلة
- • 1-0 سنوات خبرة في المحاسبة
