Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Creative Director to lead our creative efforts for our KSA office. This role requires a strategic thinker with a good understanding of the KSA market, capable of delivering exceptional creative solutions. The ACD will work closely with an on-ground team based in Beirut, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution. Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage creative projects for general business in Jeddah.
  2. Develop innovative concepts and strategies tailored to the KSA market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with the KSA team.
  4. Collaborate with the on-ground creative team in Beirut to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  5. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.
  6. Mentor and guide team members, focusing on their professional development and growth.
  7. Ensure that all creative work aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines.
  8. Present creative concepts and campaigns to the Jeddah office and to clients.
  9. Stay updated on market trends and cultural nuances in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing work in the region, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
  3. Deep understanding of the KSA market and cultural sensitivities.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  5. Ability to lead and inspire a creative team, with experience in leading a team.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia when necessary and to work on Sundays.
