Responsibilities & Impact
- Address client inquiries related to environmental data, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and recommend preventive measures.
- Provide precise information and advice to clients regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Validate and integrate data from various sources (e.g., CSR reports, environmental reports, sustainability reports, financial documents) into the database following CSA guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team targets while ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and enhance content development processes.
- Offer suggestions for improving data collection methods and enhancing product content.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in ESG or corporate sustainability.
- Prior experience in addressing client queries is advantageous.
- Proficiency in interpreting documents such as articles, bylaws, company prospectuses, annual reports, sustainability reports, and codes of conduct.
- Strong multitasking abilities and teamwork skills, with flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a persistent work ethic.
- Advanced research and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Initiative and resourcefulness in addressing challenges.
- Agile mindset to thrive in collaborative and dynamic work environments.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- Academic Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; an advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
