Wall painter

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of professional painting experience in Dubai and demonstrate expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects. This role requires an eye for detail, knowledge of high-quality finishes, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer or undercoat.
2. Mix, match, and apply paints to achieve the desired color and finish according to client requirements.
3. Perform high-quality painting work on walls, ceilings, wood, metal, and other surfaces for interior and exterior spaces.
4. Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment effectively for smooth application.
5. Apply protective coatings such as varnishes and sealants when needed.
6. Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure all areas meet quality standards.
7. Repair and touch up paintwork when necessary.
8. Collaborate with other tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers, etc.) on multi-disciplinary projects.
9. Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
10. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in painting projects in Dubai, with a portfolio of completed work.
2. Proficient in using brushes, rollers, and spray-painting equipment.
3. Knowledge of different types of paint, finishes, and application techniques.
4. Familiarity with color mixing, matching, and texture application.
5. Ability to read and follow project blueprints and specifications.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce a high-quality finish.
7. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including at heights.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1. Previous experience working on both residential and commercial projects.
2. Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and materials available in Dubai.
3. Basic understanding of other maintenance-related tasks (e.g., minor repairs).
