VP of Network Management

Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities

• Manage the bank's network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers and other network devices to ensure optimal performance, high availability and security
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues. Perform root cause analysis on network related incidents and outages
• Implement network monitoring tools and define monitoring policies and thresholds. Ensure proactive monitoring and prompt resolution of issues
• Plan and roll-out network upgrades, enhancements and new initiatives. Coordinate with various teams on deployment activities
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and threats. Evaluate network security risks and recommend controls, policies and best practices
• Operation support for all different type of production systems including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies and DNS servers

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in managing enterprise networks
• Hands-on experience with network routing and switching technologies like Cisco, Arista, Huaweietc.
• Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting complex network issues and outages
• Knowledge of network routing, switching protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS,ACI , EVPN etc.
