On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Retail & Fleet Sales Department and drive business growth. If you have a strong background in sales strategy, team management, and customer engagement , we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Performance:
- Forecast departmental goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Develop and execute sales promotions, pricing strategies, and inventory controls.
- Analyze sales reports to maintain profitability and ensure business growth.
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching to enhance productivity.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing complaints and concerns promptly.
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring a professional and engaging sales environment.
- Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget efficiently.
- Maintain accurate sales records and track department performance.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold company standards and policies.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail & fleet sales .
- Strong background in business development, relationship management, and operations .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to analyze sales trends, manage inventory, and oversee financial performance.
- Knowledge of local regulations affecting sales operations.
