We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore Accor’s limitless possibilities. وصف الوظيفة The position is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef / Sous Chef with operation of the kitchen; ensuring that food standards, preparation, ordering, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes and standards. Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supervision of kitchen in the absence of the Executive and Sous Chefs.
- Assist Executive Chef with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service.
- Liaise with Restaurant team members regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.
- Maintain excellent presentation standards and cost control for all food and beverage outlets with a focus on minimizing wastage.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a luxury hotel preferred.
- Turkish Nationality preferred.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications from a recognized culinary institute.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fun and enthusiastic.
- Have excellent organisation skills.
- Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
