We’re a fast-growing real estate team based in Bahrain, looking for a self-motivated, organized, punctual and detail-oriented Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our crew. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, organized team in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential & commercial properties.
2. Build new clientele of landlords/tenants/buyers/sellers and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Provide expert advice on the market, pricing, and trends.
4. Coordinate property showings, negotiations, and paperwork.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven sales & leasing experience (real estate background is certainly a plus!).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Organized, presentable and punctual.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented, hybrid work environment.
5. Self-starter with a passion for real estate with no objections against daily/weekly reportings to the department head.
