Job Title: IT Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all IT systems. You will collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot technical issues, implement IT solutions, and enhance overall system performance.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various platforms (network, hardware, software, security).
Manage and monitor IT systems, networks, and data storage solutions.
Ensure data backups and system recovery procedures are in place and functional.
Maintain network security and perform regular audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and training staff on new systems or software.
Collaborate with external vendors and IT service providers to ensure smooth operation and timely upgrades.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to current systems and processes.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Maintain proper documentation of all IT systems, processes, and network configurations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
