We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. Dish Preparation: - Assist chefs in preparing and presenting pastry or salad dishes according to set recipes and standards. - Follow plating and presentation guidelines to maintain quality. 3. Cleaning and Maintenance: - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and kitchen tools. - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. 4. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations. - Assist colleagues whenever necessary. 5. Stock Management: - Monitor stock levels for ingredients and report any shortages to the senior chef. - Ensure minimal waste and proper use of resources.
