We are seeking a skilled Pattern Maker to join our dynamic team at our Casting Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality wooden patterns and molds for our casting operations, utilizing both traditional woodworking techniques and modern CNC technology. Key Responsibilities

Design and manufacture precise wooden patterns and molds for casting operations
Master the operation of advanced woodworking machinery and CNC equipment
Ensure quality control through dimensional accuracy and proper documentation
Execute ground marking and sand molding processes with precision
Maintain safety standards throughout the production process
Contribute to automatic line production through expert mold manufacturing
Perform material testing and quality assurance procedures

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in wooden pattern making and mold manufacturing
Demonstrated expertise with woodworking machinery and CNC equipment
Strong technical knowledge of pattern making methodologies
Proficiency in quality control and dimensional inspection
Understanding of metallurgy and casting processes
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
