• Take food and beverage orders in Russian and English, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about menu items and daily specials.
• Ensure orders are processed promptly and accurately, delivering food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and tidy dining area.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently as part of a team, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and other servers.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and drink safety.

• Fluency in Russian and English (both spoken and written) is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays and/or heavy items.
