Experienced Call Centre Agent Needed

NCR Management Centre, an outbound Call Centre has an exciting opportunity for dynamic and energetic individuals to assume the responsibility as a Call Centre Agent - reporting to the Floor Manager.
The successful candidates are required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A second and third language would be advantageous to service existing and potential clients and ensure targets and standards are achieved and client satisfaction maintained.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year sales experience within a call centre environment
- Knowledge of Debt Review, Debt Review Cancellation and Debt Mediation would be preferable
- Proficiency in working on Vici-dial
- Computer Literate
- Saturdays may apply depending on sales targets
- Interpersonal skills

- Result orientated
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets as agreed upon
- Meet the agreed daily talk time target
- Obtain, confirm and update all client details accurately and efficiently
- Achieve monthly objectives as agreed with the team leader/manager
- Always adhere to the call centre policies and procedures
