Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our t in Cairo and drive growth in the B2B SaaS sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You should have a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
- Qualify leads to determine their fit for our SaaS solutions.
Sales & Business Development:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals to close deals effectively.
Market & Industry Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
- Identify new market opportunities and suggest expansion strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align strategies.
- Maintain an updated CRM with accurate prospect and sales activity records.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead generation techniques.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions in the GCC
