About the role As our Purchasing Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for our Procure-to-Pay (Coupa) system, ensuring seamless purchasing operations across the business. Reporting to our Finance Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in optimising purchasing behaviours to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. From content management to reporting, you'll ensure our systems are up to date, our suppliers are engaged, and our internal teams are supported. You'll also lead training sessions and workshops, empowering teams to use the system effectively while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement. About you We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player with expertise in financial operations, purchasing and process improvement. • Proven experience in Purchasing in a commercial/corporate environment • Administration experience of purchasing business systems (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Basware etc.)• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
