Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, managing client interactions and stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams.
• Guide and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring successful project execution within planned timelines.
• Drive solution design and implementation, maintaining high-quality outcomes within budget and time constraints.
• Collaborate with client teams to maintain and enhance relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Oversee the functional design of ERP solutions, assessing project requirements and delivering optimal solutions for clients.
• Proactively identify business opportunities by leveraging your internal and external network.
• Draft proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver client presentations to drive business development initiatives.
• Develop business cases, project plans, estimates, and staffing strategies to support ERP proposals and client deliverables.
• Independently support business development and project delivery both onshore and offshore.

• Strong experience in SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS (e-Business Suite) design and implementation.
• Solid understanding of finance business processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Taxation, Organization Structure, and Chart of Accounts.
• Knowledge of ERP reporting and customization capabilities in tools like SAP BI/BO, Fiori, and Dashboard Development.
• Deep expertise in ERP system integration project, specifically SAP ECC, S/4HANA Finance modules, and other ERP applications.
• Experience leading Finance Transformation, Shared Services Delivery, and Operating Model Optimization projects.
• A background in consulting firms or companies involved in ERP platform implementation and shared service centers.
