Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Political Science & History Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in both subjects and be capable of engaging senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) with insightful and interactive teaching methods. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Political Science and History as per the CBSE/ICSE/State Board syllabus.
• Encourage analytical thinking and discussions on historical events, political ideologies, governance, and current affairs.
• Prepare students for board exams by ensuring conceptual clarity and in-depth knowledge of the subjects.
• Utilize digital tools, smart classrooms, and other innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide students in debates, model United Nations (MUNs), historical research, and academic competitions.
• Mentor students for higher education opportunities and competitive exams (like UPSC, CLAT, CUET, etc.).
• Participate in school events, seminars, and extracurricular activities related to political science and history.
• Maintain discipline, student records, and academic performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in political and historical studies.

• Master’s degree in Political Science/History (M.A./M.Sc.) with B.Ed. (preferred).
• Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using smartboards, digital teaching tools, and interactive learning techniques.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students toward academic and intellectual growth.

• Experience in preparing students for competitive exams and higher studies.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to foster discussions on political theories, governance, and historical events.
• Classroom management and student counseling abilities.
