Job Description

Location: Manila, Philippines. Citizenship: Only Filipino citizens are eligible to apply. Work Experience: Any fresher including college pass-out fresher, undergraduate fresher, high school degree freshers, or graduate freshers is eligible to apply. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing the first-line of post-sales telephone and various other media technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems, and/or applications for customers and/or employees.
  • Answers basic questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
  • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
  • Escalates complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering. Typically provides technical support for internal and external customers.
  • Monitors installed systems, identifies problems, and takes corrective action. Identifies, manages, escalates, and resolves technical issues.
  • Installs and configures software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks.
  • Troubleshoots all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 1st Level telephone and other media contact support.
  • Respond to and resolve customer requests regarding software, hardware, and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient, and friendly customer service.
  • Act as a single point of contact on incidents and problems logged.
  • Understand various media sources that interface with the Service Desk.
  • Support multiple clients through customer service professionalism and insight.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma (associate’s degree, professional certification(s), or license preferred).
  • Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery.
Key Skills:
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks.
  • Languages: English and Filipino.

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Doctorate Degree, High School Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Senior High School Diploma, Some College (But did not graduate), TESDA/Technical/Vocational Certificate on any course.
  • Fresh Grad/Entry Level specializing in Customer Service (Technical) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino.
