Our Engineering organization realizes sophisticated product development and technology projects efficiently in compliance with quality & budget requirements. ROLE – What we’re looking for : Experienced Hardware developer on SENIOR TO STAFF level with experience in Project Management Responsibilities – “These appeal to you”: Technological and conceptional development of mechanical modules and sensors Implementation of concepts into reliable and process-optimized series solutions using proven technologies, processes and procedures Defining and carrying out development tests to ensure the reliability of the modules and sensors Support product life cycle activities Work and communicate closely within multi-functional and international development groups (e.g. electronic R&D, production engineering, procurement, quality management and production planning) and with technology partners and suppliers – which is why also overseas short and long-term travels are required. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of mechanical designers, facilitate team collaboration and ensure high performance through regular communication and feedback. Competencies/Skills – “This is you”: Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of product development experience in related industries. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Working experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g. PLM Teamcenter or similar) combined with 2D/3D CAD creation using state of the art technical documentation (GD&T). Excellent verbal and written communication skills (technical & social) in English is a MUST. Preferably experience in 2K molding technology.
