We are a forward-thinking digital solutions company, working with clients across the EMEA region to create exceptional user experiences. We are looking for a skilled and innovative User Experience Designer to help craft intuitive, user-centered designs for our clients' digital products. Job Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will work remotely with our clients in the EMEA region to design seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that meet both user needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
Work with cross-functional teams to validate design decisions and ensure successful implementation.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methods, and usability testing.
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a remote team.
Ability to think critically and solve design problems creatively.
