Role Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building a strong inventory by actively contacting potential clients and gathering property information. Key Responsibilities: A- Lead Generation:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling) to generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for potential clients with sales agents.
B- Inventory Management:
  • Gather and update property information (e.g., pricing, availability, features) from various sources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and property information in relevant databases and spreadsheets.
C- Data Entry and Management:
  • Accurately enter and manage data in Excel spreadsheets and other relevant software.
  • Compile reports and data analysis as required.
D- Customer Service:
  • Provide basic customer service support to potential clients by answering their inquiries and addressing their concerns.
E- Communication :
  • Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors regarding lead generation activities and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in business or marketing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (preferably Dubai)
  • Fluency in English, additional language would be an advantage
  • Must have her own visa (This is crucial for employment in the UAE)
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data entry, data manipulation, and the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve challenges related to lead generation and data management.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
  • Experience with telemarketing or lead generation campaigns.
