Location: Dubai, UAE Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and have trained with a Top 4 firm or BDO/Grant Thornton. With a minimum of 10 years’ experience, they should have a strong background in real estate or the real estate division of a Top 6 firm. Responsibilities:- Provide financial oversight and strategic input on real estate investments and operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Analyse financial data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners as needed.
- Trained with a Top 4 firm or BDO/Grant Thornton.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to real estate.
- Strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.
