The role holder is responsible for meeting customers who walk into branches applying for a Liability Letter and for retaining them with EI. The role holder is also responsible for retaining Personal Finance customers and reducing attrition by monitoring, negotiating, and convincing individual customers not to terminate their relationship with the bank and the organization. Additionally, the role includes answering questions regarding billing, how a particular product works, what type of support is available, and so on. The work assigned may either be product- or account-based and involves back-up documentation and periodical reporting. The role's performance is driven primarily by behavioral competencies backed by appropriate technical skills. The job holder will be placed in one of the EI Branches.

Mandate set:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of banking experience in Sales / Customer Service.
  2. Knowledge of core banking systems and familiarity with the products.
  3. Personal finance experience is preferred.
  4. Bilingual speaker – English and Arabic both mandatory.
  5. Graduation – bachelor’s degree.
