We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in recruitment within the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, cultural nuances, and industry-specific hiring practices. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition : Source, screen, and attract top talent for various positions across different levels and departments, with a focus on the UAE market.
  2. Utilize local and international job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
  3. Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with UAE-specific industry standards.
  4. Recruitment Process Management : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing job offers.
  5. Ensure that the recruitment process is compliant with UAE labor laws and regulations, including visa requirements for expatriates.
  6. Assist in negotiating compensation packages based on market trends in the UAE.
  7. Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  8. Advise hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation processes.
  9. Candidate Experience & Relationship Building : Provide a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates from application to onboarding, ensuring compliance with UAE HR practices.
  10. Build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates to maintain a talent pipeline.
  11. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely updates.
  12. Generate recruitment reports, analyze data, and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies in the UAE region.
  13. Onboarding Support : Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the first day of work.
  14. Assist with visa applications, medical checks, and employment contracts for both UAE nationals and expatriates.
  15. Compliance & Legal Awareness : Stay up to date with UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and HR best practices to ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with regulations.
  16. Advise on and manage the paperwork for employee contracts, work permits, residency, and other required documentation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on the UAE market and its unique regulatory environment.
  3. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa and work permit processes, and HR practices specific to the region.
  4. Familiarity with recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, Bayt, and other local job boards in the UAE.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience with recruitment for specific industries in the UAE, such as healthcare, construction, IT, or finance.
  2. Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, PHR) is an advantage.
  3. Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software (ATS).
  4. Knowledge of UAE’s Emiratization program and strategies for hiring UAE nationals.
