We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant or Specialist Infectious Diseases Doctor to join our team. As an Infectious Diseases Doctor at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care and advice to patients with infectious diseases.In this role, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of infectious diseases, including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, influenza, and respiratory infections. You will conduct thorough evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your dedication and expertise will help improve the health and well-being of individuals within our client organizations.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive physical examinationsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging studies, and culturesDiagnose and treat various infectious diseases, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and respiratory infectionsDevelop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needsPrescribe appropriate medications and treatments, adhering to established guidelinesMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryEducate patients and their families on infectious disease prevention and managementCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and pharmacistsMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsRequirementsMedical degree and valid license to practice as an Infectious Diseases DoctorCompletion of a recognized residency program in Infectious DiseasesProven track record in diagnosing and treating infectious diseasesStrong knowledge of infectious diseases principles, practices, and treatment optionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple casesAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare teamStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsCommitment to staying updated with the latest research and advancements in infectious diseasesBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
