About Noon:Noon Academy is the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 12 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.Hear it directly from our CEO and co-founder: thisOffice: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based, where we have a sweet office near the Boulevard.About the role:This is a critical leadership role responsible for building a learning ecosystem for your dedicated school model, which spans multiple campuses. Our primary focus may be helping students succeed in the Qudrat exam, but our mission goes much deeper. We aim to prepare students for life beyond school by fostering a mindset shift—from passively going through the motions to actively owning their educational journey.Your role will be a perfect blend of data-driven strategy and leading a team to engage teachers in professional development to improve content, delivery, planning, and pedagogical practices in a hybrid environment; you'll be a champion for our students.What you'll do:Architect and continuously enhance an AI-driven and hybrid learning ecosystem that measurably outpaces traditional education, backed by tangible gains in student achievement data.Introduce thought-leadership on best learning practices in Noon's hybrid learning environment.Lead a team to engage teachers in professional development to improve content, delivery, planning, and pedagogical practices in a hybrid environment.Elicit feedback from students to continuously improve the learning process, challenges, and successes, using these insights to drive continuous improvement of the learning ecosystem.Support in evaluating the impact and outcomes of your solutions and iterating based on feedback and data.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business operations leads to turn insights into hypotheses and translate them to make product and learning enhancements that deliver measurable impact for our students.Be responsible for the "education strategy," curriculum design, and content development operations.Your expertise?At least a bachelor's degree ideally from a top-tier and well-reputed university.Strong understanding of learning principles, pedagogical practices, and data-driven educational approaches.Previous experience in an educational role, e.g., teaching, school administration, instructional/learning design, curriculum/content development, training, etc., is preferred.Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.A Saudi national (preferred) and fluent in English and Arabic.Highly emotionally intelligent - can quickly bond with stakeholders, e.g., teachers, and gain their trust.Has a lot of drive - energy and determination to achieve something with barriers in the way and in unfamiliar territory.Passionate about technology and consumer-facing products, and can demonstrate that through personal projects, internships, or work experience.Proficient in using various tools and techniques to tell stories: sketches, videos, presentations, written documents.(Preferred) Experienced working in international team settings.About the Benefits:21 days annual leave.Full premium medical coverage including family dependents.Income protection and life assurance to help you protect your future.Why work at Noon?We have good runway: recently closed Series B and have substantial recurring revenue.We are mission and values-driven.
