Assistant Store Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Assistant Store Manager to join the team in our Te Awe in Hamilton (The Base) store! As an Assistant Manager, your role will be a crucial part of the store's success. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will be key in providing the Manager with the support they need to deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team, whilst meeting the high operational standards and financial targets. You'll have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store and actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and promotion implementation. You will drive a culture that celebrates our success, our customers, and our people. To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following:

• Proven experience in leading and growing a business
• An exceptional seller with extensive sales leadership experience seeking to achieve store sales budgets and KPIs
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic
• Be professionally presented, well-spoken, and engaging
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store

This position is for 40 hours a week from Sunday to Thursday. Applicants must be available to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays as required.
